1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Cosmic Digital Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Cosmic Digital Hub provides digital marketing, website development, branding, and political campaign strategy services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for our services, the client retains ownership of the final designs and digital assets created. However, Cosmic Digital Hub reserves the right to use the work for promotional purposes and in our portfolio unless specifically prohibited by a separate NDA.

4. Payment Terms

Payment structures will be outlined in the individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with subsequent milestone payments. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cosmic Digital Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
