1. General Policy

At Cosmic Digital Hub, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, development, and branding services. Because our work involves custom intellectual property and dedicated labor time, our refund policies are structured based on the type of service provided.

2. Digital Marketing & Ad Spend

Fees paid for digital marketing retainers (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management) are non-refundable once the month's work has commenced. Any budgets allocated directly to third-party ad platforms (such as Meta Ads or Google Ads) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Web Development & Design

For project-based work, refunds are considered only before the project has moved past the initial discovery and planning phase. Once design mockups have been approved and development has started, deposits and milestone payments become non-refundable to cover the labor hours already invested.

4. Cancellations

Clients wishing to cancel a retainer or ongoing service must provide a 30-day written notice. Any payments scheduled or due within that 30-day period will still be processed.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Cosmic Digital Hub management if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon initial scope of work due to our own operational delays.
